when we can meet with you in person, it’s better because you can get a better feel for us as a person, as a contractor, and as someone you could do business with. Also it really works the same for us in meeting with you.

The truth is that not every contractor is a good fit for your specific project and in the same way not every client is a good fit for your business.

I prefer the personal approach in that I prefer to meet face to face instead of emailing or texting where possible. Bottom line here is good communication is key between client and contractor it minimizes the misunderstandings and keeps everyone on the same page and knowing what’s going on

this should be key, not only in the beginning or planning of the project, but should also carry on through the duration of the project so that everyone is happy and satisfied with the end results. Carry on.
